• We will sell smaller quantities, but we will not cut a board. We will select the smallest board we have to fill the order.
• We do not send free samples of the different species. You must purchase the smallest board we have available (refer to minimum policy)
• Handling Fee: Please add a $4.95 handling fee to all orders of $100.00 or less. This charge applies to actual lumber cost. The shipping, handling, planing, and jointing charges are not included.
• Planing Charge: Planing is $.35 per board foot or $5.00 which ever is higher.
  
• Jointing Charge:***THIS OPTION IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE***
• Specification Charge: If you would like us to select certain lengths and/or widths there will be a $.50 per board foot charge.
• Wide Board Charge:
  • For 7” and wider in Quarter sawn lumber please add on 20% of the board foot price to the price per board foot.
  • For 8” and wider in Select Lumber please add on 20% of the board foot price to the price per board foot.
